Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Timbrax Brentwood Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

Timbrax Brentwood Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Service estimates are provided based on site conditions at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if conditions change or additional work is required. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive at scheduled times, but weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Emergency services are available 24/7 and are scheduled based on urgency and safety considerations.

Property Access and Liability

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during service delivery, but you are responsible for moving or protecting any items that could be damaged during tree work. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for your protection.

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits have been obtained before we begin work. We can assist with permit applications but cannot guarantee approval. Work performed without required permits is your responsibility.

Warranty and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth, as these depend on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Safety and Compliance

We follow all applicable safety regulations and industry best practices. During service delivery, we may need to restrict access to work areas for safety reasons. Please keep children and pets away from work areas at all times. We comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing tree care services.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, in accordance with California law.
